I am very grateful and delighted to be here in this moment connecting with you. And I am grateful for all that has moved me in this direction and allowed me to come to this place with what I have to offer.
I live on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii. I find joy and satisfaction in connecting with nature and the beauty around me…feeling the oneness…a part of the whole.
I love painting with watercolor – finding the balance between playing, allowing and trusting the flow of the water and paint, and intention.
My formal education is in the fields of biology and chemistry and most of my earlier years were dedicated to my left brain.
Then I became drawn to the mystical and interested in the area of self discovery and awareness and healing. As synchronicity would have it, I had a lot of my own healing to begin.
Along this path I found a number of methods and modalities. Two that have impacted my life in a profound way are Focusing and The Reconnection®.
